Bryan Steward, Esq., is co-owner of Ministry Managers LLC, an ordained minister, and an attorney who advises pastors, church boards, denominations, and faith-based organizations. He brings pastoral understanding and strategic legal experience to questions of governance, leadership, organizational structure, growth, risk, transitions, and conflict. As founder of The Steward Firm LLC, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, Bryan has represented ministries of varying sizes while helping leaders develop clear structures, accountable leadership, and effective systems.
His background includes leadership roles with several Fortune 500 companies, service as an adjunct professor teaching business, leadership, and law, and public service as a former elected member and Vice President of the Columbus City Schools Board of Education and as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Bryan earned a B.S. in Economics from Bowling Green State University, an M.B.A. from Franklin University, and a J.D. from Capital University Law School.
