Bryan Steward, Esq., is co-owner of Ministry Managers LLC, an ordained minister, and an attorney who advises pastors, church boards, denominations, and faith-based organizations. He brings pastoral understanding and strategic legal experience to questions of governance, leadership, organizational structure, growth, risk, transitions, and conflict. As founder of The Steward Firm LLC, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, Bryan has represented ministries of varying sizes while helping leaders develop clear structures, accountable leadership, and effective systems.

His background includes leadership roles with several Fortune 500 companies, service as an adjunct professor teaching business, leadership, and law, and public service as a former elected member and Vice President of the Columbus City Schools Board of Education and as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Bryan earned a B.S. in Economics from Bowling Green State University, an M.B.A. from Franklin University, and a J.D. from Capital University Law School. His professional recognition includes The Best Lawyers in America®, National Lawyers of Distinction, and Elite Lawyers.

Sheila R. Bennett is co-owner of Ministry Managers LLC, an ordained minister, executive leader, and professional consultant with more than 20 years of specialized experience in church and nonprofit finance and operations. She combines spiritual alignment with data-informed operational strategy to help ministries develop sustainable organizational structures, strengthen administrative frameworks, and pursue operational and financial health and compliance.

Sheila earned a Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Science, a Master of Business Operational Excellence, and a Master of the Study of Law specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution from The Ohio State University. She is also a Ph.D. candidate in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Change Management at Oral Roberts University. Her credentials include certifications in Non-Profit Management and as a Certified Church Administrator, Credentialed Christian Non-Profit Leader, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Alongside her executive work, Sheila has served in youth ministry, intercessory prayer, prophetic ministry, and small-group leadership.
